 Beville Cottage is situated in the centre of the village of Polperro, just three minutes from the harbour, shops and cliff walks. The cottage is comfortably furnished and personally supervised by local resident owners, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. There is a small patio garden at the rear, with drying facilities.
Accommodation Lounge has an open beamed ceiling, lounge furniture, dining table and chairs, colour TV, electric fire with convector and also a panel heater. Kitchen (also with an open beamed ceiling) has a table and chairs and is well equipped with all the necessary essentials, including an electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, iron and board, hoover, toaster, microwave, washing machine, crockery and cutlery etc. Two Double Bedrooms have co-ordinating furnishings and a duvet and 4 pillows to each sprung interior divan bed. The larger room has an extra single bed. One bedroom also has a wash handbasin. Both rooms have a wardrobe and convector heater. Bathroom has a bath, WC, hand basin, shaver socket and heating with an infra red wall heater. Facilities No linen is provided - Please bring all your own bed linen and towels. Electricity is supplied through a £1 slot meter. An electric immersion heater supplies hot water. Private garage for one car - 50 yards.
