Bell Cottage is a traditional cottage, close to the green of this attractive village. Situated in the unspoilt Eden Valley, 1.5 miles from Kirkby Stephen, we are in one of the most beautiful regions of England. Only 11 miles from the Yorkshire Dales and 26 miles from Lake Ullswater, Teesdale and Weardale within easy driving distance, in fact whichever way you turn you will be delighted with natural beauty. Famous Carlisle Settle Railway 2 miles. Appleby Golf Course 10 miles.

The two bedroom cottage has:

A comfortable lounge with multifuel stove, colour TV, and video.
The well equipped dining kitchen has full size electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
On the second floor are two bedrooms: one bedroom with double and single, one bedroom with full size bunk beds. All have duvets, and linen is provided.
There is a shower room with wash basin and WC.
All rooms have night storage heaters except smaller bedroom which has a convector heater.
Laundry facilities available.
Electricity is included in the price.

Outside:

The large garden to the rear of the property has Summer House, garden furniture, barbecue, and lovely views.
The Bay Horse Inn (which is only 4 doors away) has now reopened for GOOD Food and a super selection of Beers.
Pubs and eating places 1.5 miles away at Kirkby Stephen (A lovely walk along a country lane).
