A delightful Victorian cottage, five minutes walk from Beccles high street, three minutes walk from the quayside on the river and ten minutes walk from the railway station. An ideal base for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk, whether as a family with children, as a couple or with friends.

Bathroom with bath and shower attachment. Bedroom 1 - Double bed. Bedroom 2 - Twin beds. Bedroom 3 - Twin beds that can be arranged as a double. Fully double glazed. Garden laid to gravel with shrubs. Gas powered central heating and electricity included in the price. Bed linen and towels provided. High chair and travel cot available on request. Car parking available on street outside (free). The cottage was extensively renovated in December 2007. A new kitchen and bathroom were fitted. It was redecorated and recarpeted throughout. Location Beccles is a fine old market town situated on the Suffolk side of the River Waveney. The town centre is a conservation area that has been partly pedestrianised. It boasts a good selection of shops, a library, numerous pubs and restaurants and many buildings of historical interest, all within an easy walk of the cottage.
Close by, there are plenty of family days out including the famous Walberswick and Southwold beaches, which are a half-hour drive away. The local area offers plenty of wildlife, fishing, boat trips and antique hunting.
Beccles is on the border between Suffolk and Norfolk. It is approximately 15 miles from Great Yarmouth and 20 miles from Norwich.
