Beacon Holiday Cottage on the Lincolnshire coast at Donna Nook is a luxury detached cottage set in its own grounds with direct private beach access and a secluded completely enclosed rear garden of mature trees. The cottage is on the edge of Beacon House grounds with 11 private acres including a natural pond. There are miles of open sands that can be almost deserted even in the height of summer. The area is rich in wildlife, you can enjoy bird and seal watching and country walks straight from the door.

Accommodation

All rooms have lovely views to either the garden or open landscape towards Beacon House. There is safe outdoor parking for several cars.
There are 3 double bedrooms all with TV: double with en-suite facilities, double with king-sized bed, twin room with 2 x 3' beds. There is also a double sofa-bed in the sitting room.
The large open plan sitting and dining room has a vaulted ceiling giving a feeling of space and airiness. There are large comfortable high quality settees and Freeview TV with Blu-ray player. French doors lead out to the patio and garden. There is a wood-burning stove and plenty of logs available from the log store in the garden if you fancy toasting your toes, although you don't need the wood burner for heating as the full central heating keeps the cottage nicely cosy.
The entrance lobby, where you can hang coats and store shoes, leads into the kitchen, fully fitted to the highest standard with fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and cooker with induction hob. There is crockery, cutlery and glassware for 8 people plus all kitchenware and baking necessities. Basic condiments, sauces, cling-film and foil are provided. A welcome bottle of wine and box of chocolates awaits you on arrival.
