is a delightful period stone cottage dating back to the 1700's. It is tucked away in a quiet location less then one minutes walk to Shelley Beach which is situated on the River Exe. The estuary is renowned for its bird life and many water sports which include sailing, kite surfing & canoeing. The tranquil sloping sands of Dawlish Warren are easily accessible from here via the water taxi. The Marina with its wide range of sailing and motor boats is also only two minutes walk away.

The town centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants is a five minute walk as is the sea front and two miles of sandy beach. Here you will find many activities for the children including crazy golf and play areas and again bars and restaurants overlooking the stunning Jurassic Coastline.
