The Area - Beach-Wood Cottage is set with in the traditional and quiet fishing village of Whitehills. A once busy fishing port, the harbour is now home to a popular marina. A number of activities are planned during the summer months. The First Coast Festival of Visual Arts to be held at Duff House In May. A historic house in Banff. In June there is the annual Scottish Traditional Boat festival at Portsoy and the North Sea Yaught race in Macduff. Interesting and enjoyable attractions.
