Beach Cottage is a large 2 bedroom property with picture windows overlooking one of the loveliest beaches in the country. The cottage sits on the edge of the Moray Firth in an elevated position and the enduring memory of a visit there is the sound of the waves breaking on to the rocks and beach a few metres away.

Accommodation

The large living room has an open fire and large bay window overlooking the sea.
The large double bedroom with kingsize bed also boasts fabulous sea views.
The second bedroom is a well appointed twin room.
The kitchen diner has a door leading out to an external seating area and elevated decked area to the rear of the property.

Location

Beach Cottage is located within the Sandend Conservation area and the Coastal trail and cycle routes pass close to the cottage.
The old harbour is a few hundred metres from the cottage and is now home to pleasure boats.
Sandend is an idyllic location for a peaceful holiday one of the most attractive areas of Scotland but within an hour's drive of the cities of Inverness and Aberdeen.
