Barn Cottage - A four bedroom converted stone barn sited in a courtyard.  Accessed via Kenegie Manor with its well-maintained 'leafy' grounds and views of lovely countryside and beautiful St. Michael's Mount Bay.

Ground floor  

• Entrance hall and stairs up to first floor.
• Twin bedroom with wardrobe.
• Open plan lounge/dining area with television video/dvd, cd player and coal effect stove electric fire.
• Dining area to seat 10 people.
• French windows onto patio and lawn area.
• Fully equipped kitchen with larder-fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Access to garden from kitchen via a stable door.

First floor  

• Landing and staircase to second floor.
• Two bedrooms - one double with en-suite and one with twin beds, TV in each.
• Family bathroom with separate power shower, wc and luxury roll top bath.

Second floor  

• Light, spacious family loft room with en-suite shower/toilet facilities. Fully carpeted and furnished with built-in wardrobes, one double and two single beds, television/dvd and sofa. Two Velux windows offering views over surrounding countryside and farmland.

The property is all electric with night storage heating. Elecricity and bed linen are included in the price. Adequate parking available.

The following Kenegie Manor facilities are available free of charge in season and subject to availability Easter to October:

Please note that where the property has been let outside the high season at reduced rates to four or less people the upstairs loft room may not be available unless previously agreed.
