 The Barn, at Garden Mill is set within a small valley, in its own private grounds, giving it a quiet and peaceful feel, but within a 5 minute walk, through a park, you are in reach of Kingsbridge's main amenities and Quay area. Kingsbridge is the heart of the South Hams and beaches and other attractions are only a short distance away. The Barn offers all new accommodation having just been refurbished, and with patio and garden area, it is a lovely spot for families or couples.
Accommodation
The Barn dates back to the early 1800's and still has some of it's own original characteristics, including window seats and beams, amongst other features. It has recently been refurbished throughout and includes a new kitchen and bathroom. The Barn is also unusual in that the bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and lounge area are upstairs.  - Main bedroom consists of a double bed with attractive, metal frame, wardrobe and chest of drawers and also has a folding guest bed, which if needed could be moved to the upstairs area. There is also room for a cot, which available on request. The room has it's own window seat and is beamed to the ceiling.
- The second bedroom has a single bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers, with room for a cot and also has it's own window seat.
- The family bathroom has been refurbished and has new bath with shower over, washbasin and WC.
- Upstairs the accommodation is open plan and here you will find the fully equipped Kitchen area, with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine.
 - The Dining area has a pine table with chairs, which leads on to the sitting area.
- The Sitting area has 2 settees, with TV (also includes Sky Freeview programmes), DVD player, with selection of DVD's, books and toys for your enjoyment. It also has a Radio/CD player.
- The Storage cupboard (found in the second bedroom), has an iron and ironing board, washing basket with pegs and clothes airer. (washing line outside).
- Highchair available.
Outside - Outside the property you will find a sunny patio/BBQ area, with BBQ and table and chairs, leading from here to the mature garden.
- The elevated lawned garden is reached by the stone steps just in front of the Barn's entrance, and has many mature shrubs and trees and is also a lovely sunny spot.
- There is parking for the Barn, found just off the shared driveway (only shared with the Cottage next door).
Facilities - Electricity and water are included in the price.
- No linen is provided but duvets and pillows are available (not for the cot).
