Yoxford is 2 hours from London and has a General Stores, Post Office, several pubs and restaurants and a number of other interesting shops and galleries. Saxmundham and Halesworth are small towns nearby and slightly further afield are Woodbridge, Ipswich and Lowestoft.
The seaside is 5 miles away with the National Trust Heathland - great for walkers and nature lovers. English Heritage castles of Framlingham and Orford are close by. Snape Maltings is famous for its concerts and August Proms and Aldeburgh for its annual festival in June. Golf, cycling and riding are available locally; boat and fishing trips are available from Orford and Snape.

TV, computer, fridge, gas cooker and microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. Off-street parking opposite the cottage.
