Eight individually designed cottages, ideally situated in beautiful countryside just one mile from Launceston, the ancient capital town of Cornwall. The North and South coasts are easily accessible as are Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the Eden Project.
 Facilities include: A heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, games room, laundry room, colour television, video recorders, DVD players, CD players and trout fishing. All the cottages are equipped to a high standard and some have open fires and dishwasher. The cottages are open all year and available for short breaks at all times except school summer holidays.
