Balfour House is situated in the quiet village of Strathkinness and only a five minute drive from the centre of St.Andrews and the Old Course.

The Kingdom of Fife has much to offer visitors of all ages. A leisurely walk along the long white beaches, visit the nearby fishing villages, or perhaps sample some of the finest Scottish cuisine in the many first class restaurants nearby. For a golfing holiday, golfers are spoiled for choice with the many world renowned golf courses all within easy reach.

The self contained apartment is on two levels. Central heating, electricity, towels and all bed linen are included in the rental. Guests' own garden barbecue area.

Upper Floor

Two spacious twin bedrooms (one with balcony and garden furniture).
Both bedrooms have ensuite bath/shower room.
Separate sitting/TV room.
All rooms have satellite television and wonderful south facing uninterrupted country views.

Lower Floor

Dining room and kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Personal attention of the owners includes a starter tea/coffee pack.
Basic groceries for your arrival can also be arranged.
