The cottage was renovated and furnished as a home rather than for letting so that it has many unusual and attractive features.
At the last count, at least 50% of bookings were from previous visitors.
The cattle and horses are out on the common from mid May until mid November. They come right up to the windows since there is no fence--the 600acres of the common are your garden.
Ceilings are high for a cottage but there are some low doorways and the bathroom has a sloping ceiling so mind your heads. The main bathroom is a few steps down from the bedrooms, possibly inconvenient for some.
