The chalet is in the beautiful village of Achiltibuie, near Ullapool in Wester Ross. The area is a Scottish Wildlife Trust Reserve, a paradise for hill walkers and nature lovers and an ideal base from which to explore the lochs, moorlands, cliffs and beaches of this inviting and fascinating part of Scotland. Daily cruises visit the Summer Isles for bird and seal watching, and there are safe sandy beaches and rock pools to fascinate all ages.

Achiltibuie Village
This is a welcoming community with a rich and fascinating history. Regular music and arts events are held throughout the year. There are two well-stocked grocery shops, post office, craft shops and a smokehouse in the village. You can also sample fresh local produce at the Hydroponicum, Summer Isles Hotel and Am Fuaran Bar.
