• Main Bathroom, second bathroom / shower; Bedroom one - double bed with built in wardrobe and free standing dressing table; Bedroom two - twin beds with free standing wardrobe and dressing table; Bedroom three - either double full size bunk bed or a single 3'6" single (please notify us in advance of your requirement) plus a further sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two (4" Sprung Mattress).
• The Lodge sits on the side of the Loch with its own veranda and fully built in barbecue plus external table to seat 8 and fantastic views over the Loch.
• Rental inclusive of a full mid week service and all linen and towels etc. but exclusive of electricity which is charged at 11p per unit of consumption.

Our Environmental Policy
We operate an environmentally friendly policy of only using bio degradable cleaning products and would ask our guests to buy into the responsibility of maintaining this beautiful area for the enjoyment of future generations by helping us in this endeavour. It is also worth mentioning that we have some of the purest and most healthy water in the world but it does contain a high iron and peat content so has a brown hue. You will find that bathing in this water will produce very positive effects both to your complexion and hair after a very short while - let alone the effect it will have on your spirit when you partake of it after our expert Highland Distillers have mixed with local alcohol to produce the 'Malts' we all love.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings are accepted on a 25% deposit basis with full payment to be completed latest 28 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is that arrival dates can be varied up to 60 days before booked arrival date without penalty but a £10 admin. charge will be levied. Cancellation between 60 and 28 days before booked arrival date will mean forfeiture of the deposit, Cancellation between 28 days and the booked arrival date will cause forfeiture of total payment unless the unit can be re-let to a third party then 85% of the new letting price will be refunded.
