Situated on the edge of the historic market town of Ringwood, Avon Accommodation can be found above the Old Cottage Restaurant, which is one of the oldest buildings in Ringwood dating back many centuries. The path of the river Avon embraces the garden on its way to the sea at Christchurch.

Ringwood sits between two forests: Ringwood forest with its wealth of pine trees, cycle paths and Moors Valley Country Park and the New Forest National Park which offers thousands of acres of moor, heath and woodlands where ponies and cattle roam free. You may also see wild deer, foxes, badger, rabbits and indigenous birds. Both forests are fantastic for exploring whether on foot, bike or horse.

The accommodation comprises two first floor apartments recently refurbished to reflect the character of the building. Due to the age of the structure neither apartment is suitable for young children or those who would find steep stairs difficult. Well behaved pets only by arrangement.

Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. Our guests are offered a 10% discount from the full bill on meals eaten in the restaurant below at lunch or dinner. The garden alongside the river is available for guests to enjoy. There is limited off road parking and free parking on the adjacent streets (daytime time restrictions apply) as well as public car parks with a short walk.
