Auchrannie View is a beautifully appointed four bedroom villa situated just half a mile from Brodick village. The property is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and golf course and is particularly suited to two families sharing or larger groups. There is ample parking available on the driveway and ramp access to the house for wheelchairs. The large enclosed garden surrounds the house and can be viewed from the decking and from the upstairs balcony. The prestigious 5 star Auchrannie Hotel and Spa resort is nearby, with its bars, restaurants, swimming pool complex, gym facilities and children's playbarn.

DOWNSTAIRS

There is a useful porch and large inner hall.
The kitchen, dining-room and lounge are open plan and overlook the garden.
The lounge is modern and light with electric fire and comfortable seating. There is a 42" flat screen TV, DVD and video player. The spacious dining area can comfortably seat eight people and has French doors leading to decking area.
There are two downstairs bedrooms, one double next to the main bathroom with shower over the bath. The other has two single beds and en-suite shower room.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, separate freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample cupboard storage space.

UPSTAIRS

A most attractive feature is the large galleried landing with French doors leading to the balcony and providing an additional relaxed seating area with 32" flat screen TV.
There are two upstairs bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size bed and the other with twin beds. Both have spacious en-suite shower rooms.
