Aspen198 offers a quality self contained apartment comprising fully fitted and equipped kitchen, open lounge overlooking the stunning mountain range, double bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom with twin arrangement and separate family bathroom. Ideal for 4 or 5 people, a third single bed and cot are available on request. All finished to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and equipment.  

• Kitchen and Lounge: A large open plan arrangement comprising fully fitted and equipped kitchen with integrated electric oven, gas hob, cooker hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer / drier, microwave. Fully equipped with cutlery, tableware, pans and cooking utensils you would expect in a modern kitchen. Breakfast bar ideal for informal eating overlooks the large open lounge.
• The lounge area is laid out and centred towards the patio doors which give a view to an amenity area and mountain ranges beyond. A relaxed layout with comfortable seating, large widescreen television and DVD player.
• Master Bedroom: Double bed with bedside table, fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room with wc, wash hand basin and shaver point. An additional cot can be provided for younger children.
• Second Bedroom: A twin arrangement with bedside table and fitted wardrobe (3rd bed available on request).
• Bathroom: Bathroom with WC, bath, shower taps, wash hand basin and shaver point.
• Hall: The hall leading from the entrance has a cupboard housing the hot water tank and another with electrics housing hoover, iron and ironing board.
• Linen: Linen provided and changed on weekly basis, please bring your own towels.
