Ash Tree Cottage is a traditional Cornish cottage situated in the centre of Mount Hawke near St.Agnes which is ideally positioned for some of the finest surfing beaches of the UK (5-10 mins) as well as being an easy drive from St. Ives, Newquay, Truro and Falmouth.

The village itself retains a friendly Cornish atmosphere and has a handful of useful convenience stores (one with in-store bakery), and a post office.
The nearby picturesque coastal village of St. Agnes with its surfing and arts and craft shops, offers year round activities for all the family as well as a good selection of pubs and places to eat.

Accommodation
The cottage sleeps 5 and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day on the beach.

Downstairs there is a cosy sitting room with open fire-place, books to read and board games to play. There is a TV / DVD player and CD stereo.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has a micro-wave and washing machine. The tuble dryer can be found in the shed.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, bunk room, single room and a bathroom.
A barbecue and garden furniture are provided for al fresco eating.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
Bed linen and tea towels are provided, please bring your own bath and beach towels.
