 Ashley Gardens is located in the heart of the quaint village of Old Hunstanton. The golden sandy beach is a five minute walk. The village post office and shop is also minutes away selling a great range of fresh local foods suited those that are self catering. Two local pubs are just a short stroll away serving excellent meals. The craft barn and golf course are also close at hand.
Accommodation 11 Ashley Gardens is a unique single story ground floor flat in a small select development in one of the best parts of Old Hunstanton. Parking is just outside the flat, which has its own private entrance. There is a communal garden with a table and chairs to sit out in. There is one double bedroom which is comfortably furnished. A full sized bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen diner has a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, washer dryer, fridge, and freezer. There a table and chairs for four people. The lounge has a comfortable bed settee. 11 Ashley Gardens is suitable for a couple that enjoy staying in this beautiful village or a family with a child. (Please note there is no baby equipment).
 
One small to medium quiet well behaved dog accepted.
Please note there is no fenced area. A dog would have to be exercised on the beach and everyone is required to clear up after their dog.
