"The Stables was a great location and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time."

"We stayed at The Cottage from Aug. 16th to Aug. 23rd and REALLY liked it. It was just the perfect location for the whole family: We went hiking, cycling, horse-riding, sightseeing ... and the week was over in no time."

"I just wanted to say a huge thankyou for a lovely week in your amazing cottage! We all loved it and it was a wonderful place to rest at the end of a days walking, riding or canoeing!"

"You have a lovely barn conversion and exceptional location."

"Had a great time walking the Mawddach Trail, traveling on the coastal train and exploring the mountains around Arthog. Lovely to return to the barn in the evening to clean, simple and design conscious surroundings."

"We spent 3 nights at the Arthog Barns. The Barn is beautifully furnished and had everything we could want. Fabulously equipped kitchen, meant we could eat in for 2 of the nights we were there and the bath was dreamy after days of walking. The area is very quiet and the first night we sat out & watched the sun go down over the Estuary in absolute silence, having ridden the Mawddach trail from right outside the barn to Dolgellau, which was a beautiful ride in the early evening. Saturday the sun was shining and we decided to take the bikes along the trail again, this time to Barmouth, across the wooden toll bridge, another gorgeous bike ride. A couple of hours on a windy beach and we headed back to the barns and ventured up to the Lakes. Total and utter tranquillity up there and very few people after the bustle of Barmouth, so we spent some time exploring and walking around the Lake, finishing the afternoon off with a pint at the George III at Penmaenpool, in the sunshine. Saturday night we booked into Mawddach restaurant, on the recommendation of the owners and had a gorgeous meal in the most perfect spot. We found the area to be bursting with walks and cycles trails, which kept us more than busy in the 3 days we were there. We will definitely go back, we didn't have time to explore everything, so much more to do if you like biking and walking"
