Looking directly out over beautiful Ardmore Bay and across Loch Dunvegan this neat and tidy cottage provides comfortable holiday accommodation in a much sought after area of the Island. A neat driveway leads up to its elevated position with spacious car parking area to the side.

Accommodation

There is a cosy sitting/dining room with comfortable suite and TV with Sky TV and Dvd player. Wood burning stove and starter pack.
The kitchen is very well equipped with washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and microwave.
The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
Sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms.
Heating is via electric wall heaters and free standing heaters situated throughout the house.

Waternish is an attractive crofting community and boast its own Inn and Seafood Restaurant. The nearby village of Dunvegan has a selection of shops and restaurants as well as being home to the famous Dunvegan Castle which is well worth a visit! The capital town of Portree is some 23 miles away and offers all the facilities and services you would expect of a small town. Waternish is an excellent base for a holiday home and well placed for touring the island.
