The internationally renowned Tralee Golf Club is only 2km along the coast. Fishing, horse riding, and water sports are all available locally and Fenit sailing club is just1.5 kms away. Tralee, Kerry's vibrant main town, famous for its world renowned Rose of Tralee Festivals only 8kms. Tralee's many attractions include The Aqua Dome, museums, cinema and theatre together with Blennerville Windmill and The Dingle Steam Train. Perfect opportunities for daily excursions are on offer with The Ring of Kerry, Kilarney and The Dingle Peninsula only a short drive away. There is an excellent pub and restaurant only 5 minutes walk from the house on the shores of The Bay of Tralee.

The Accommodation offers:

• Fully Fitted kitchen: Cooking range plus separate high level oven and electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped for the keenest cook to cater for 16 people.
• The open plan living/dining area has a wood burning stove, TV, video, DVD player and music centre. The dining table seats 10 and with extension 16.
• The Master Bedroom: King size bed with an en-suite shower room.
• The main bathroom: Has a double ended sunken bath and separate shower.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.

First Floor:  

• Bedroom 3: King-size bed.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed.
• Bedroom 5: The largest bedroom with 2 single beds and two very comfortable under-beds (Iron Bed Company). This room offers lots of space for four people and plenty of storage.
• Shower Room.

Services:  

• Central heating, electricity, linen and towels are included.
• A charge of £15 per extra set of bed linen and towels will be made should you wish to accommodate more than 10 people.
• There is off road parking for four cars and a large private garden, BBQ, garden table and chairs.

This cottage can be rented as a two bedroom unit during Low Season. The accommodation would then offer:  

• One double en suite bedroom and one twin bedroom.
• A luxury communal bathroom and an exceptionally spacious kitchen, living and dining area.
