This delightful cottage is popular both with couples wanting a quiet break and familes wanting to enjoy the enormous range of activities the area has to offer.
Arcady is located in the village of Fearnan on the north bank of Loch Tay in Perthshire, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is 3 miles from the picturesque conservation village of Kenmore and 10 miles from the market town of Aberfeldy. - The immediate area offers a wide range of activities including water sports on the loch, hill walking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing at Taymouth Castle, horse riding and highland safaris.
 - There are shops, a post office and plenty choice of restaurants in Kenmore whilst Aberfeldy offers galleries, a distillery and a swimming pool.
The cottage, built around 1850, is a charming traditional stone croft house with a large enclosed garden with BBQ area. It has been tastefully modernised and extended to include: Fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. Dining room. Bathroom. Sitting room with ingle neuk fireplace, wood burning stove, TV and DVD. Conservatory. One king bedroom. One twin bedroom. One king/twin bedroom. Kitchen linen, pillows and duvets are provided. Bed linen and towels can be requested in advance for an additional charge. Electricity, LPG central heating and a basket of logs are provided. Cot and high chair are also provided on request.
