April Cottage is over 200 years old, and is a traditional Derbyshire building of local stone. It offers very comfortable accommodation for 2 or 3 people at any time of year.

The cottage is in the centre of Youlgreave within the Peak District National Park. Youlgreave is a lively village with 2 butchers, a post office, 3 pubs and a garage.

Bradford Dale and Lathkill Dale are within easy walking distance. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are both close by.

Accommodation

Fully equipped kitchen with ample modern fitted units and worktops, electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
An automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer are available on request at extra cost.
Sitting/dining room has an open fire, beamed ceiling, stone mullioned windows. Colour TV, DVD and video, CD player.
Main bedroom has twin beds.
The small bedroom has a single bed.
Car Parking - Off road for one car.
Linen - Duvets with bedlinen are provided.
Heating and Fuel - included in the rental. First basket of logs included for open fire.
There are fitted carpets throughout with a high standard of soft furnishings and decoration.
Radiators in every room for gas central heating.

Please note April Cottage is a NON SMOKING establishment and we regret there are no facilities for pets. Traditional steep stairs may be unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.
