 The Anne House Apartments can be found in the very heart of Edinburgh's Old Town. Situated approximately midway between Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, and only a 5 minute walk from Princes Street and Waverly Station.
Located on a traditional Edinburgh Close, between the High Street (also known as the Royal Mile) and the Cowgate, with no passing traffic it offers peaceful accommodation for such a central position, (although of course quietness cannot be guaranteed).
There are two modern third floor apartments called 'Royal Mile Apartment', and 'Holyrood Apartment'. Parking may be available at the apartments.
The accommodation which comfortably sleeps 4/5 comprises: Living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, twin bedroom, plus a sofa-bed in the living room. Fitted kitchen, electric hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezeer or freezer compartment, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Bathroom with electric shower over bath. Facilities: Central heating plus individual heaters in both bedrooms and living room. TV / DVD. Price is from £70 per night, and includes all bedlinen, towels, heating and electricity. A welcome pack and basic store cupboard requirements will also be provided. This is a no smoking apartment, and not suitable for pets.
