1/ The Swimming pool is open May-Sep,(Please note)Although heated from JUNE to SEP due to the size of the pool if we are having cold weather this will affect the pool temperture,and it will not be as high as it should be,the pool is 32ft x 16ft plus roman end,with a water depth of 3ft for the first 12ft,then sloping down to 7ft,at the deep end,if you cant swim you can borrow a rubber ring,? The pool and furniture is for sole use of the people staying in the annex,and the owners. (PET) We except one well behaved pet, not allowed in the bedroom or on furniture, must also be kept away from the swimming pool, NOT to be left alone in annex. Freeview TV.
2/ The bed is made up pri to your arrival, also includes hand and bath towels.
3/ Arrival time after 3pm sat,to 10 am sat of departure
4/ A one third deposit payable when booking,full balance due six weeks prior to arrival.We will send you directions with your conformation form on recept of your deposit..if we can help you with any more information please ask.... (WE DONT BITE) This is a lovely part of the country,with horse riding,canoeing,fishing,golf,quad biking,gliding,all local, OR just sit back and relax and enjoy your holiday in clean and comfortable accommodation.
