• The non-smoking cottages have been renovated to an extremely high standard whilst retaining all of their character. They both have exposed beams.
• Downstairs each cottage has a kitchen, dining area, lounge and toilet.
• Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a king size bed and another with twin beds), and a bathroom with a bath and shower.
• The emphasis is on comfort!

• There is oil fired central heating for the cooler months supplied at no extra cost.
• Electricity is by meter with the first £5 paid before your arrival.
• Freshly laundered linen and towels are also included.
• Wide screen Colour TV, Video and DVD.
• Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave.
• Well behaved Pets are welcomed (no cats).
• A high-chair and cot can be available and we are happy to arrange baby sitting or stable your horse during the summer.
• Guide books are available in each cottage offering helpful advice to ensure your holiday is a memorable one.
• The owners, who live on the farm, are also on hand if you need any help or advice during your stay.

• Each cottage has a private garden and barbecue area which looks over the valley towards the sea, and an adjacent orchard.
• There is ample parking.
• Extensive shared grounds and footpaths.
• Allercott Farm is a small working Exmoor hill farm situated quarter of a mile down a private drive.
• The cottages are surrounded by wildlife such as wild red and fallow deer, buzzards and badgers.

Location
Bees Knees and Honeycott are ideally placed for a wonderful holiday; 5 miles from the sea, 4 miles from the medieval village of Dunster with its castle and a short drive from blue flag beaches. The Good Pub Guide Inn of the Year 2002 'The Royal Oak' in Luxborough is only 2 miles away and there is a shop 4 miles away.
