Alemill Studio and Loft Apartment provide the perfect base for exploring the tranquil and beautiful Scottish Borders and East Lothian regions. Located close to some of Scotland's finest castles, stately homes and gardens, the accommodation is ideally situated for exploring this area's fascinating history. Activities in the area include coastal, countryside and hill walking, golfing, fishing, birdwatching and enjoying the delights of this rugged stretch of the East Coast.

Situated 5 minutes from the coastal town of Eyemouth and 10 minutes from the Scottish Border. The two properties are located near the Ale Water which flows to the South and its peaceful setting is ideal for a relaxing break.

Living area - Comfortably fitted living space with log stove, double sofa bed, TV/ DVD/ VCR, CD/radio system and built in wardrobe.
Kitchen - Modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combination micro/oven and fridge.
Shower room - Fully tiled with power shower, heated towel rail and shaving point.
Bedrooms - The master bedroom is spacious, bright and well appointed with beautiful views over the Berwickshire countryside. Bed two is a comfortable everyday double sofa bed situated in the living area.
Utility area - Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and storage space for bikes/sporting equipment.
