Ailbhinn Cottage is a traditional Norfolk flint cottage built in 1880, which has been tastefully modernised to retain its original character. It has the benefit of GCH with radiators in all rooms. It has a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, steepish stairs to two bedrooms. Outside there is a larger than average garden, which is not overlooked and retains the sun until late, ideal for al fresco dining. The cottage is in a quiet close, with car parking space, approximately a 5 minute walk from Holt town centre.

Ground floor 

• Lounge with 3 piece suite, dining table, original fireplace, Digital TV/DVD, books/games.
• Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer.
• Bathroom with bath, electric shower, washbasin, toilet.

First floor 

• Double bedroom, original fireplace. Pine wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets.
• Twin bedroom, two 3 foot pine beds, chest of drawers and mirror.

Outside 

• Large outhouse, suitable for storing bikes etc.
• Garden furniture and barbecue available.
• Larger than average, private garden, lawn and shrubs, separate patio dining area.
• The garden is secure for young children.

Holt is a picturesque Georgian market town, with all major facilities and many varied eating places. 3 miles from the coast, it provides a good holiday base.
