If the property is available and you wish to book it, they will usually hold it for a few days until they receive written confirmation from you. Quite a few holiday cottage owners now accept credit cards to make the process simpler.

Or...  if you want to find out which weeks are still available in a particular holiday cottage, the property owner will be glad to advise. Sometimes it's easier to choose self catering accommodation if you know which properties are still available. Please bear in mind that holiday cottages are being booked up all the time and that the element of choice can become limited the longer one waits.

In addition to the information shown in these web pages, you may wish to receive further details on specific holiday homes. Many of the holiday cottage owners produce their own leaflets or brochures and all of them will be glad to send you details of their self catering accommodation on request, together with price lists. Feel free to ask them questions. A holiday cottage owner will know all the intricate details about their property - and will tell you far more than an agency would be able to tell you.
