Abbey Cottage is a 300 year old Grade II listed town house, situated in the main High Street of the old medieval market town of Much Wenlock. Famous for Wenlock Abbey and starting the olympic movement. This town offers a wealth of historic interest along with shops, taverns and restaurants, all a few minutes walk away.
The prime location of this cottage is central to the historic towns of Shrewsbury (15mins), Bridgnorth (10mins) and Ironbridge (10mins), suitable for sightseers, walkers and cyclists.
 
Accommodation Abbey cottage offers 2/3 bedrooms (sleeps 4+2 people), bathroom, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, an 18ft lounge and downstairs utility with wc and shower. This spacious cottage provides modern facilities yet retains its old world character with open fire and beamed ceilings. Fixtures and fittings include - TV, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave. There is a small private garden at the rear with garden furniture and a barbecue area.
