 The contemporary style house is well located for all that St Ives has to offer; it has a beautiful view over the harbour that can be enjoyed from the outdoor decking area, set in the private garden at the front of the house, there is an extra courtyard area at the rear. The kitchen is modern and well equipped; for any rainy days, TV, DVD and game facilities are available; also there is a local leisure centre and cinema in St Ives. Location - A short walk from the front door of house takes you past the Barbara Hepworth sculpture gardens, to the cobbled streets of the town; and the house is only a five minute walk from the closest of four beaches.
- One of the beaches offers surfing lessons, another offers a kids' club and boat hire, and behind this beach there is a mini-golf course.
- The coastal path walks are to be highly recommended.
- From the Harbour you can take several different boat trips, including a visit to see the seals.
- There are many cafes, bars and restaurants throughout the town, including several excellent seafood restaurants.
- The Tate gallery overlooks Porthmeor Beach, with brilliant views from the top floor cafe; there are also many smaller art galleries worth a visit.
- Finally a short thirty minute drive will take you to the famous Minack theatre, where the exhibition and cafe are open all year.
