 This contemporary full of character stone-built cottage makes a perfect base for holidaymakers wishing to enjoy all that Speyside, Moray, Grampian and the Highlands has to offer. Hillview Cottage which dates back to around 1850 has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard providing excellent accommodation to sleep 4/5. - The detached cottage sits within Crown Estates between Fochabers and Spey Bay. Ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday in beautiful countryside or those interested in fishing, golfing, walking or mountain biking.
- The nearby towns of Fochabers (3 miles) and Elgin (12 miles) provide shops and other leisure facilities, while the cities of Inverness and Aberdeen are approximately one hours drive away.
- Within the area, visitors will find the Whisky Trail, the River Spey, a wide selection of golf courses, the East Coast Walking Trail, Speyside Way Long Distance Footpath, the Whale & Dolphin Centre & Ice House at Spey Bay and the historic ruins of Elgin Cathedral and Spynie Palace.
 
Accommodation: The cottage is fully double glazed and benefits from oil central heating. Comfortable lounge with open fire, fitted kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms each with ample storage. An occasional bed is available if accommodation for 5 is required. Outside: - There is a fully enclosed garden with large Summer House - ideal for summer evenings and storage of fishing/golfing/cycling kit.
 - Parking for two cars.
