Situated in a quiet mews in the heart of historic Kirkcudbright this cottage offers a very high standard of accommodation for up to four people. 
  • It is fully double-glazed and has gas central heating.
  • All gas and electricity costs are included in the price.
  • Bed linen and towels are also provided.

The ground floor accommodation consists of:  
  • A light and pleasant lounge room with comfortable leather sofas, a television and DVD player.
  • The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, double oven, microwave and dishwasher. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.
  • There is a shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and wash-hand basin.
  • The kitchen-diner and porch areas benefit from natural terracotta tiled flooring.

On the first floor:  
  • There are two bedrooms. The double bedroom has a king size bed and the other has twin beds. Each has built-in storage space.
Outside:  
  • There is private off street parking for one car and further free on-street parking nearby.
  • A lockable store for bikes, golf clubs etc is available.
Kirkcudbright offers the visitor a wealth of interesting sights and experiences. A quaint fishing town, it is also well known as the artist's town with numerous galleries and related shops. It benefits from wonderful beaches, cycle trails, woodland and coastal walks and several nearby golf courses, including one within the town.
