 This 17th century cottage adjoins the owners Victorian home and is set away from the main street in the interesting seaside village of Combe Martin. - Park Cottage gives a good base for exploring the dramatic coastline of North Devon, and being on Exmoor's doorstep, makes it an ideal spot for walkers and ramblers.
 - The pretty cottage sits conveniently close to the shops and local amenities of the village and nestling in an area of outstanding beauty offers splendid views all the year round.
Accommodation The centrally heated cottage comprises an upstairs lounge/diner with a comfortable sofa, dining table and colour TV. Alongside is a double bedroom with room for a cot - please bring your own cot bedding. On the ground floor is the refurbished shower room and the modern, newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Outside is a garden patio with garden furniture provided and private parking alongside the cottage. Well behaved pets are welcome. Prices include all Gas, Electric and linen charges. Location - In easy reach of the M5, Combe Martin carries a wealth of historical landmarks and there is plenty to do for visitors in the area, from visiting the local museum to Combe Martin's very own Wildlife and Dinosaur Park!
- The long sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are all a short drive away or Combe Martin Bay is a pleasant stroll.
- The lovely town of Barnstaple is the nearest shopping centre and well worth a visit.
