Set in the twin traditional northeast fishing villages of Inverallochy and Cairnbulg some three miles southeast of the fishing port of Fraserburgh, the cottage enjoys a sheltered location set back some 40 yds from the sea front, which can be seen from the hallway window.
Accommodation The cottage has been fully upgraded and benefits from modern decor, furniture and gas central heating throughout. It consists of lounge, two double bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower fitted over the bath. The cottage sleeps four, 1 double bed and twin single beds. The lounge also features a wood-burning stove. To the side of the cottage there is a parking area and to the rear there is a sheltered and secluded seating area with garden table and chairs. Everything is provided (including linen and towels) except food and toiletries, although Tea Coffee Sugar and milk along with biscuits are available upon arrival. Location - Within the local community there is a Post Office and general store along with other small businesses including a garage and filling station. (We encourage all visitors to the cottage to use the local amenities, as these are an integral part of the community).
- The cottage is ideally situated for numerous attractions and activities or for just relaxing in a quiet tranquil environment.
- The local Harbour situated at the North end of the Villages with views across the bay to nearby Fraserburgh, is suitable for a range of boating and leisure activities.
- Golf, fishing, walking, museums, and nature reserves are among the many activities and attractions available both on the doorstep and throughout the wider area.
