 These flats are less than 200 yards from the entrance of the Official Olympic Viewing area in The Nothe Gardens.
OUT OF SEASON OR LAST MINUTE THREE NIGHT SHORT BREAKS ARE AVALABLE any day of the week at 2/3 OF WEEKLY RATES.

No 33 and 56 are both on the top floor in different buildings within the complex.
The top picture on our main page is the view from
flat 33 and the bottom one is taken from flat 56.

Each flat has its own allocated parking space.
Economy 7 heating and hot water is included in
flats 29 and 33 with other electricity by £1
coin in the slot meter.
All electricity in flat 56 is chargeable by meter readings.
All flats have one bedroom and are equipped as follows
Bedroom:- Double bed,linen and blankets provided.
Bathroom:- Wash basin,WC and Bath with shower over.
Lounge:- 4'sofabed with linen and duvet.Radio and
Digital Colour TV.VCR/DVD.
Kitchen:- Oven with 4 ring hob.Fridge.microwave oven,
kettle and toaster.Washing machine/drier.
An iron,ironing board and a clothes airer.
A High chair and cot available (but not bedding) by prior arrangement only.
Towels are NOT provided, please bring your own.
The deposit is £75 per flat per week and the balance is due six weeks before the start of your stay. In the event of cancellation £25 will be retained to cover costs.
