Discover the delights, magic and wonders of this remote part of East Sussex. This 1860's end of terrace house situated in a quiet corner of a tranquil square of Rye Harbour, a small fishing village, located only a mile and a half from the Ancient Town of Rye, where you can discover the delightful shops and boutiques full of their treasures.

Approx 2 hours from London via A21 or M20 the house is also within 1/2 hour drive from Ashford, Hastings, and 15 minutes from the infamous Camber Sands Beach and many other wonder.

Our local beach is a short walk away - 10 minutes through the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve.

Accommodation - Centrally Heated  

• Parking for 2 - 3 cars. For visitors with pushchairs and/or guests with mobility impairment there is a ramp giving access to the front of the house only.
• Entrance porch/coat room.
• Spacious Sitting room with open fire, TV, with Freeview with surround sound stereo, video/DVD and a piano.
• Dining area with extendable dining table to seat a maximum of 8 + high chair, fully equipped kitchen with double ceramic electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
• Hallway with small downstairs WC, leading upstairs to:
• Master Bedroom: High Four Poster canopied double bed, with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 2: with twin single beds, with chest of drawers and clothes rail.
• Bathroom with electric shower over bath.
• Down hallway to:
• Bedroom 3: Dual aspect room with High rise bed and low single bed, tallboy and chest of drawers ail.
• Bedroom 4: Dual aspect room with Double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail (hairdryer provided).
• Enclosed gardens to the side (children's play area) and back of the house with decked area and patio furniture.
• Bacon and Eggs provided for your first morning of your stay.
