The house is a comfortable modern sem-detached bungalow furnished to a high standard.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles.
There is a large lounge/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen contains an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier etc.
The bathroom has a full-sized bath, shower, wash-basin & toilet. The central heating is gas-fired & fully automatic.
Colour TV, with Freeview, DVD Player and hi-fi for tapes and CD's are all provided.
All beds have interior-sprung mattresses and duvets.
There is off-road parking for one car and there is a small garden.
It enjoys an elevated position about one and a half miles from the centre of the City of Inverness commanding panoramic views over the Moray Firth and across to Culloden Moor on the east of the city.
On the hill behind are woods and a forest trail.

Inverness is a wonderful centre for visitors with a wide range of interests for everyone.

For golfers some of the best courses in Scotland are within reach of Inverness.
There are dolphins in the Moray Firth and Loch Ness is close by.
There are castles, gardens, fishing rivers and estuaries for bird-watching, in addition to the usual craft outlets, distilleries and shops.
