The accommodation sleeps up to six:  

• Off the hall, there is a downstairs toilet, a well appointed lounge, spacious and light, looking out onto green fields, and the occasional cow. There is a HD TV with DVD player, books, and games.
• The kitchen and diner are large and very well-equipped. The kitchen comes with the full range of matching utensils, a washing machine, drier, cooker, freezer, fridge and microwave. There's a music centre to listen to your favourite CD while cooking dinner, and a TV that plays videos.
• Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one ensuite with shower) with plenty of storage room.
• The third bedroom has bunks.
• There is also an upstairs bathroom, with lashings of hot water.

Outside:  

• Gardens to the front and back.
• The back is completely enclosed and there's a shed for storing bikes.
• In the shed you'll find a pushchair, and a baby carrier.
• There are garden loungers for those summer days.
• Parking is off road.

About Waterhouses
Waterhouses is a small and friendly village situated on the edge of the Peak District. It has a superb cafe, two pubs, Post Office and a shop that sells everything! The village is easily reached from the motorways, and the local lanes are a delight to drive through.

In the house there are leaflets and a very useful book from previous guests sharing their recommendations. Consistently guests have commented about how well equipped the house is, how well located it is to reach so many places of interest and how quiet and peaceful it is. Please come and see for yourself.
