Located in the picturesque fishing village of Sandend, this turn of the century cottage has unrivalled views over Sandend Bay. The sandy beach is just a few moments walk away, as is the old harbour.
 
Sandend is a popular but quiet conservation area, on the doorstep of some of the best golf courses in Scotland. Ideally situated for exploring whisky, castle and coastal trails, it is also a popular base for water sports enthusiasts, dolphin watchers and visitors to the annual Portsoy boat festival - 20-22nd June (2008).
 
Lovingly renovated, the cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard:
 On the first floor: Double bedroom. Twin/triple bedroom, with optional child friendly stairgate. On the ground floor: - Sitting room, with dual aspect over the bay, double sofa bed, tv, video.
- Dining room, with seating for 6-8.
- Full size kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine.
- Shower room, decorated in Victorian style.
Facilities: - All bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are included.
- Heating is provided by electric storage radiators with optional instant convection heating. This is charged at the end of your stay according to meter readings.
- There is ample parking immediately outside the house.
