The property is situated on the scenic Moray Firth, 60 metres from the beautiful, sandy beach.

Entrance to the chalet is through the well appointed sun lounge, furnished with cane furniture.
The living area has a cosy living flame gas fire, leather suite, dining table and chairs. there is also a TV, DVD player, CD and radio. Patio doors open out to a large lawn with garden furniture and BBQ.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well appointed with crockery and cutlery. It has a ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, and microwave.
Upstairs, bedroom one has uninterrupted views over the Moray firth. it has 2 single beds and ample storage space.
The 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds and also has ample storage.
The shower room has a separate WC and heated towel rail.
A cot is available on request.
All linen is provided.
Private parking for 2 vehicles.

Location

The area features amazing wild life - seals, dolphins and many bird species.
Whisky enthusiasts can visit the local working distillery at Benromach, Forres. It has a great visitor centre and belongs to Gordon & MacPhail, Elgin, who are the "World's leading malt whisky specialists". You can also visit their shop in Elgin which is close by.
There are many local amenities including an hotel, pubs, local store and a seasonal fish and chip shop.
There are many golf courses nearby as well as great sailing.
There is a regular bus service.
