• The living area has a cosy living flame gas fire, leather suite, dining table and chairs. there is also a TV, DVD player, CD and radio. Patio doors open out to a large lawn with garden furniture and BBQ.
• The kitchen is fully fitted and well appointed with crockery and cutlery. It has a ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, and microwave.
• Upstairs, bedroom one has uninterrupted views over the Moray firth. it has 2 single beds and ample storage space.
• The 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds and also has ample storage.
• The shower room has a separate WC and heated towel rail.
• A cot is available on request.
• All linen is provided.
• Private parking for 2 vehicles.

• The area features amazing wild life - seals, dolphins and many bird species.
• Whisky enthusiasts can visit the local working distillery at Benromach, Forres. It has a great visitor centre and belongs to Gordon & MacPhail, Elgin, who are the "World's leading malt whisky specialists". You can also visit their shop in Elgin which is close by.
• There are many local amenities including an hotel, pubs, local store and a seasonal fish and chip shop.
• There are many golf courses nearby as well as great sailing.
• There is a regular bus service.
