• West-facing sun room leading onto beach.
• Well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, with doors to:
• South-facing terrace and raised deck with table seating 8.
• A large grassy area surrounds the house and leads on to the beach.
• There are deck chairs and a barbecue.
• Garage with washing machine, hanging airer and spin dryer.
• Dogs allowed by special arrangement.

Any catches?
The house dates from the 1920s, and retains some of its original features. It has not been extensively modernized, and so doesn't boast designer bathrooms or kitchen! Access is by a sandy track which can be bumpy. This is an ideal house if you're wanting to enjoy a relaxing or active holiday right by the sea.
