Shaldon is a quaint historic fishing village which sits along the mouth of the Teign Estuary - ideal to tour the South West with Torquay and Dartmoor National Park nearby. Walkers are spoilt for choice, with the south west coastal path running through the village. There is a pitch and putt golf course in the village, and a full 18 hole course at nearby Teignmouth. The wonderful sandy beach is less than 100 metres away and the even longer 'Ness' beach via the Smugglers Tunnel.

This immaculate three bedroom waterside property has probably the most envied position in Shaldon with breathtaking estuary and coastal views. These are always changing with boats turning on the tide; ships coming into Teignmouth harbour across the estuary; resident swans; passenger ferry crossing to Teignmouth; there's always something to look at!

A few level paces to all the local amenities of the village including shops, pubs, restaurants, and village green.

Luxury fitted kitchen with integrated appliances (dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven), also table and chairs, and microwave.
Bedroom 3 double bed and wash basin.
Separate toilet with wash basin.

Accommodation:

This is strictly a non-smoking property, and sorry no pets.
Duvets and pillows provided. Guests will need to bring their own bed linen (including duvet covers) and towels, or they can be hired from the owners.
Well behaved children welcome (cots, high-chairs, etc. can be hired locally).
To keep costs down we do ask guests to please leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and as near as possible to how they found it.

When the South Devon Tourism Association inspected the property, they said, "From the upstairs lounge, it must have the best view in Shaldon. On the night I visited, the sun was out, the tide was in and it was quite breathtaking. I would find myself not moving far from in front of the window if I were a holidaymaker here".
