These are always changing with boats turning on the tide; ships coming into Teignmouth harbour across the estuary; resident swans; passenger ferry crossing to Teignmouth; there's always something to look at!

Accommodation:  

• This is strictly a non-smoking property, and sorry no pets.
• Duvets and pillows provided. Guests will need to bring their own bed linen (including duvet covers) and towels, or they can be hired locally.
• Well behaved children welcome (cots, high-chairs, etc. can be hired locally).
• To keep costs down we do ask guests to please leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and as near as possible to how they found it.

When the South Devon Tourism Association inspected the property, they said, "From the upstairs lounge, it must have the best view in Shaldon. On the night I visited, the sun was out, the tide was in and it was quite breathtaking. I would find myself not moving far from in front of the window if I were a holidaymaker here".
