Findhorn is a unique village, which is the jewel in the crown of the Moray Coast. With activities suitable for all kinds of visitor, the village strikes a perfect balance for either a relaxing holiday destination or a base for enjoying the many activities in the area.

Findhorn has an active sailing community with the season starting from May through to September. Proudly hosting a Royal Yacht Club, Findhorn bay provides excellent sheltered sailing conditions suitable for novice to expert.
Windsurfing is also common in the bay as well as Kayaking, Fishing and on a good day Swimming.
As well as the water based activities, across the sand dunes in front of the flat, there are miles of unspoilt beaches which are perfect for walks.
For the more active, there are bigger hills close by with Ben Wyvis, Inverness's Munro just over one hour away.
Due to the natural surroundings of Findhorn, Wildlife abounds and there are good facilities for the Ornithologist to be found in the bay area itself.
Nearby Castles, Speyside Distilleries, Potteries and Visitor Centers are all easily accessed as well as the World Famous Findhorn Community which has an excellent delicatessen.
