  OVERBROOK HOUSE is in a beautiful unspoilt Cotswold village, off the road from Stow to Moreton-in-Marsh. It is a traditional Cotswold stone house recently refurbished to the highest standards. It is in a very picturesque setting, facing Broadwell village green. - It is less than a mile from Stow-in-the-Wold, a typical Cotswold town well known for its antique shops. There are excellent general shopping facilities.
- Broadwell is about 20 miles from Oxford, Stratford, Cirencester and Cheltenham, and is an ideal base for discovering middle England. Easy day trips including Bath, Stonehenge and the Welsh mountains.
- There is a regular train service to London and Oxford from Moreton-in-Marsh, 3 miles away.
 
Accommodation: The entrance door leads into a large kitchen with a central table and a complete range of Miele appliances including ceramic induction hob, microwave, double oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a utility room, with Miele clothes washer and condenser drier, and a cloakroom/WC. The spacious garden with a terrace and gazebo for al fresco dining is reached through the utility room. The kitchen leads into a large dining room with a solid oak floor. This leads via a small step into the living room with a similar floor. There is a sofa to seat three, comfortable chairs, and the main TV/entertainment centre. The first floor is reached by a staircase from the dining room. There are three main bedrooms. The master suite includes twin beds, en-suite bathroom & WC and a dressing room with a further single bed. The other two bedrooms are doubles, sharing a second bathroom with WC. There is a spacious gravel drive with parking for several cars. Facilities include: Full oil-fired central heating and constant hot water. There is a 27" television, radio/CD player and video player/recorder. TV sockets in all bedrooms. A pay phone is provided because mobile reception can be poor. This accepts coins from 10p-£1 and is charged at the standard BT payphone rate. There is a barbecue, and tables and chairs for eating in the garden.
