This Scandinavian style A frame chalet is located in Kingsdown Holiday Park, which is situated in the quiet village of Kingsdown. The village has three pubs, two in the village and one situated right on the beach, providing excellent views across the channel. The bustling port of Dover is about 9 miles away, providing easy access to cross channel trips, the famous White Cliffs and the stunning castle which dominates the landscape. The nearby town of Deal has a promenade, lovely pebble beaches and a pier (great for crabbing and fishing!). Canterbury with its wonderful cathedral and great shopping lies 16 miles to the east. St Margarets Bay is great for rock-pooling at low tide.  

• The chalet is in a prime location and offers sweeping views of the English Channel from the rear sun deck. The sun rises at the back and sets at the front of the chalet, giving a sunny aspect all day.
• The park's amenities include; a heated indoor swimming pool with children's splash area, tennis court, children's play area, volleyball court, shop, newly refurbished bar with takeaway menu, laundry room and crazy golf course.
• Nearby activities include golf, fishing and horse riding.
• There is a car park but no vehicular access to the park itself and it is completely safe for young children.

Accommodation comprises:

Ground floor:  

• Bedroom 1: with two 3' single beds and access to rear sun deck.
• Bedroom 2: with one single bed and access to rear sun deck.
• Bathroom; with bath, shower, electric towel rail and WC.
• Kitchen; with electric hob and oven, small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. (All crockery and cutlery are provided).
• Sitting room/dining room; with table and chairs, two comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed), TV and double doors leading to the front deck.

First Floor:  

• Double bedroom: reached by an open plan staircase, with bedside tables, three chests of drawers, blanket chests and hanging storage. Ample space for a cot.

Equipment includes:  

• Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

Outside:  

• Large railed wooden sun deck overlooking the sea, with garden furniture.
• Front sun deck.
