2 Queen's Walk is a very comfortable, newly-built, well furnished and equipped semi-detached house with gas central heating in a small development of fifteen houses.
  • Two bedrooms: one double with en suite shower/WC; one twin with adjacent bathroom.
  • Fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas coal fire, telephone, Sky TV, video and DVD, hairdryer.
  • Integral garage for one car and a small paved courtyard back garden with garden furniture.
  • It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and the local village shops cater for most day-to-day requirements.

Location

  • Charmouth is a quiet seaside village which has now been bypassed by the A35 and about 10 minutes drive east along the coast from Lyme Regis.
  • There are several pubs in the village serving food, as well as hotels with restaurants catering for non-residents.
  • The large sand and shingle beach is a haven for fossil hunters and is generally quieter than nearby Lyme Regis.
  • The South West coastal footpath runs through Charmouth, and Stonebarrow Hill and Golden Cap are both wonderful areas for picnics and walking.
