The Cottage which sleeps 6, is found in the heart of this unique Devon coastal village offering a clean and comfortable accommodation throughout.

The historic fishing village of Shaldon sits along the mouth of the Teign Estuary and offers a wonderful sandy beach just yards from the cottage (less than 100 yards to the main beach) with another found via the 'smugglers' tunnel. The village has a range of local shops, good pubs and other amenities.

Enjoy lazy days on the beach or walk the many coastal paths, watch the boats on the water or enjoy the amenities which Shaldon and its surrounds have to offer.

The Cottage is ideally positioned for touring the South West and is within easy driving distance of the Harbour town of Torquay, the Historic city of Exeter, the Naval port of Plymouth, also Dartmouth, Totnes and Dartmoor are close by.

No pets.
No smoking.
To keep prices down we do ask clients to please leave the cottage clean and tidy.

Accommodation:

Linen is not provided (though we can provide a sheet for the 6' double).
All beds (including the 6' double) are furnished with single duvets and pillows.

Kitchen - Fully fitted with microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Lounge - Bay window, TV, video, sofas and chairs.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 - 6' double with TV.
Bedroom 2 - Twin/double.
Bathroom with bath and shower.

Up the twisty staircase - twin.
